Please inspect your shipment before signing. Look for any tears or damage to boxing, etc. If damage is present, please note damage on bill of lading OR refuse delivery and contact Twelve Chairs immediately. It is imperative that this is done while delivery driver is still on premises. If there is box damage, you have the right to inspect BEFORE signing. For shipments received with damage, all boxing/packaging must be kept until claim process is completed. If proper policy is not followed, we can not ensure the freight claim will be accepted. |
